Para realizarla, col\u00f3cate en posici\u00f3n de cuatro patas con las manos y las rodillas apoyadas en el suelo. Inhala mientras arqueas la espalda y levantas la cabeza (postura de la vaca), y exhala mientras redondeas la columna vertebral y llevas la barbilla hacia el pecho (postura del gato).
